Ran Kadosh
Chief Executive Officer
Ran is the Managing Director of Agris. He was previously the Head of Agro Division for Amiran Kenya. Amiran is part of the Balton CP group and supplies a broad range of agricultural inputs, irrigation systems and greenhouses. He has an excellent understanding of the agriculture sector in East Africa and strong links with market-leading Israeli companies and producers.
Alexander Puxley
Chief Financial Officer
Alexander is the Chief Financial Officer for Agris, reporting to the Maris CFO and co-ordinating the central finance functions of the organisation, as well as supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Maris in 2013 he read history at Oxford University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London.

Kasi Mumba
Agris ESG Manager
Kasi joined Agris in January 2022, having previously been a consultant & acting HR Manager at Evergreen Herbs. She is a trained Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, as well as a Certified Mediator.
Benson Gagi
Finance Manager
Benson joined Maris’ Nairobi office in 2018 as he completed his training as an accountant. In March 2020 he became Finance Manager of Evergreen Herbs during its critical start-up phase. He now runs the Agris central finance function and provides support and training to operations.
Emmanuel Chengo
Data Analyst
Emmanuel joined Agris from Amiran in Kenya in September 2020, where he had gained extensive experience in collecting, managing and presenting information. He is integral to the development and co-ordination of Agris’ data management systems.
